Description
Operation with compressed air or inert gas (e.g. nitrogen), which creates an overpressure in the container. Hazardous media can be safely dispensed and accurately metered using the stopcock.
Caution! When working with combustible liquids, the tank, pump and pressure regulating unit must be earthed! Use antistatic set in addition for pump!
Scope of supply: Transport stand, key, grounding cable, pressure regulation unit, connecting tubing, adapter for compressed air supply
- For UN tanks and barrels (test pressure at least 150 kpa)
- Variable inlet pressure between 3 and max. 10 bar
- No escape of vapours containing solvents due to stopcocks
- Wetted parts are made of stainless steel and PTFE

Only the tube comes into contact with the liquid when the pumps are used, so that a great deal of liquid can be filled off. The manual pressure pump is ideally suited for drawing off, decanting and emptying canisters and barrels. The hand pump is used to create excess pressure that forces the liquid out of the container. The stopcock also allows extraction of small quantities of liquid. The PumpMaster container pump is mounted on the container using a flexible stopper with a variable and adjustable diameter. No special thread adapters are required. PumpMaster fits all commercial container openings with a diameter from 46.5 mm to 60 mm.
